We’ll tackle things to expect when you start looking at homes. We’ll also walk you through the full mortgage process:

Getting pre-approved: What you need to do and what it involves.

Understanding lenders: What is a lender, and what do we even do?

Down payment assistance programs: We’ll explore a variety of products offered through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, ranging from 3% to 20% assistance to help you with your down payment.
